1. Definitions

“Little J.A.M Printing Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the owner of this Site.

“You” or “Customer” means any individual or entity who accesses the Site, places an order, or downloads Products.

“Digital Product(s)” includes printable files, Canva templates, illustrations, worksheets, or any downloadable content sold or offered for free on the Site.

“Printed Product(s)” refers to physical goods such as tracing pads, party favors, journals, and other printed materials available for purchase on the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to make a purchase. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Ordering and Payment

All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is processed through our secure checkout system. We do not store your payment information.

An order is considered complete once payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to payment issues, stock limitations, or suspected fraud.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

After successful payment, a download link will appear on the confirmation page. You will also receive the same download link via email.

If you do not receive your files within 30 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. If they are still not found, contact us at littlejamprintingservices@gmail.com with your order number.

5. Shipping of Printed Products

• Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.

• Processing Time: Printed orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.

• Shipping Fees: Shipping costs vary based on your location and preferred courier.

• Courier Options: You may choose to order via Shopee or TikTok Shop if you want to use vouchers or enjoy lower shipping rates.

• Tracking: Once shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor your package.

• Nationwide Delivery: We ship to all areas within the Philippines using trusted couriers.

6. License and Permitted Use

For Digital Products

Allowed

• Use the digital products for personal use

• Customize templates to create physical end-products (e.g., tracing pads, party favors, worksheets) for your business

• Personalize Canva templates for your printed product offerings

• Sell printed versions of the templates or illustrations

Not Allowed

• Resell, share, distribute, or give away the digital product files in any format

• Upload our templates or designs to platforms like Photoshop, Illustrator, or third-party marketplaces

• Claim our designs or illustrations as your own

• Sell or license any version of the product in digital format
  
  

For Printed Products

Allowed

• Use printed products for personal use, teaching, gifting, or resale (e.g., for events or classroom use)

• Resell printed items in bulk or wholesale if previously agreed upon with us

Not Allowed

• Scan, copy, or digitize printed products for resale or redistribution

• Recreate or digitize printed designs for sale as digital products

Violating these terms may result in revoked access and legal action.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Digital Products

All digital sales are final and non-refundable. Once the files are sent, they cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is a technical issue, contact us within 7 days for assistance.

Printed Products

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of many printed items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, send us a clear photo of the product and packaging within 7 days. We will review the case and may offer a replacement or store credit.

Cancellations

• Digital products cannot be canceled once files are delivered

• Printed product orders may only be canceled before production begins. Contact us immediately if needed

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, text, templates, and illustrations are owned by or licensed to Little J.A.M Printing Services. Purchasing a product does not give you ownership rights or permission to resell digital assets.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws while using the Site or our products

• Distribute, replicate, or reverse-engineer our digital or printed content

• Claim our designs or illustrations as your own

• Interfere with the Site’s features, content, or security

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our Site or products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for your purchase.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here, and continued use of the Site means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Legal matters will be handled in the appropriate courts of Cavite, Philippines.
