Refund Policy
1. Digital Products Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds. All digital products are made available for immediate download upon purchase, and once downloaded, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
2. Printed Products Refund Policy
Since most of our printed products are personalized or made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
📌If the printed product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please send us a clear photo of the damaged product and packaging within 7 days. We will review the situation and offer a solution such as a replacement or store credit.
3. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations for digital products cannot be processed once the files have been sent. For printed products, cancellations may be possible before production begins.
