We aim to deliver quality digital and printed products with care and accuracy. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to their nature. Once the file has been delivered or downloaded, we cannot process a return.
Before purchasing, please read product descriptions thoroughly. If you encounter an issue with the file (e.g., corrupted or wrong file), contact us within 7 days and we will assist you.
2. Printed Products
Since most of our printed items are made-to-order or personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if you receive a damaged or defective item:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will assess and may offer a replacement or store credit if applicable.
3. Order Cancellations
Digital Products: Orders cannot be canceled once files have been sent.
Printed Products: Cancellations may be requested before production starts. Please contact us ASAP to check if your order is eligible.
