- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for printed products vary depending on your location and the chosen courier.
- Shipping Options: You can choose the shipping option that works best for you. We also offer an option to purchase through Shopee or TikTok Shop where you may use vouchers or take advantage of lower shipping fees.
- Nationwide Shipping: We offer shipping to all areas within the Philippines. We partner with trusted couriers to ensure the safe delivery of your order.
- Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order directly with the courier service.
2. Shipping for Digital Products
- Instant Delivery: All digital products, including Canva templates, printable files, and illustrations, are delivered instantly. Once your payment is confirmed, we will send a download link to your email. Please download and save your files immediately upon receipt.
