- You may not copy, distribute, sell, modify, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of Pricero or its source code.

- Any unauthorized use will result in termination of your license.

4. Paid Access

- Pricero is a paid application. Access is granted after a one-time purchase through authorized platforms or stores.

- Once purchased, you receive full access to all available features.

- All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law or store policy.

5. Privacy and Data Use

- Pricero primarily operates locally and does not transmit personal or business data to any external servers.

- Temporary data (such as calculation inputs, item details, or app logs) may be accessed only within the device to enable functionality or performance improvements.

- We do not permanently store, share, or sell your data.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property within Pricero are the property of Little JAM.

You may not claim ownership of, or reuse, any part of the App, including designs, code, icons, and calculation algorithms.

We make no guarantee of accuracy, reliability, or suitability for your specific business purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little JAM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to business losses, data errors, or inaccuracies resulting from the use or inability to use Pricero.

Your continued use of Pricero after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
