- You may not copy, distribute, modify, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

3. Paid Access

- InkCaly is a paid software. Access is granted after a one-time purchase.

- Payments are processed by authorized distributors or app stores.

- All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or store policy.

4. Privacy and Data Use

- InkCaly primarily operates locally and does not transmit your personal data to external servers.

- Temporary data (such as calculation inputs or app logs) may be collected only to enhance functionality.

- We do not permanently store or sell your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Your continued use of InkCaly constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
